Born into a nation of ardent movie lovers and surreal fanaticism pertaining to it, I have always been fascinated by its profound impact on society. I was particularly beguiled by the use of technology in the films and thereby my innate intrigue further pushed me to explore the conventions of Visual Effects. The convergence of fiction and reality to elevate the overall aesthetics of a film really made me venture into a detailed understanding of VFX, Games, and Technology.

I was incredibly blessed to be raised in a family that supported and encouraged art in all its forms. Along the way, I went to a prestigious college where I learned about important things. Thenceforth, I set out for my incessant journey. I started my career as an Educator, and later on, I was employed as a Subject Matter Expert and full-dome film Supervisor and ended up where I am now. A Technical Director and Full-Dome film Supervisor by profession, a VR/AR enthusiast and Photographer by passion, and an Educator by choice. In a nutshell, I am someone who is creative as well as has good experience with technology, hence, can bridge the gap between the two. 

In my 15 years of professional journey, I have always tried to groom myself for creative technologies and have taken ventures to portray my vision beyond the conventional mindset. My aim is to carve an epitome as a Creative Technologist in the world of cutting-edge design & technology. I would like to implement my technical skills in achieving creative goals in an effortless yet effective way and establish myself as a pioneer in this field. The great thing about my goal is that it requires me to have never-ending learning. To me, every day and every circumstance is an opportunity to learn (including mistakes) which makes learning in day-to-day life like a treasure hunt. Nowadays, I am immersed in “Interactive Media and immersive Technologies” and trying to explore next-gen possibilities for the virtual world. For me the promise of  Immersive Technology is grand. A new and better way of experiencing a story. Potential for much greater immersion, making the user believe to be physically present in a non-physical world. Immersive content is my calling, my passion, and the thing that will undoubtedly drive me insane someday.

I have ample knowledge of industry-standard production, post-production, and interactive content development software. Moreover, I have a substantial amount of scripting knowledge. In addition, I have profound know-how of photography for which I have organized many workshops for its enthusiasts across India. Furthermore, my experience as an educator has awarded me with many of my students working in the leading companies in the VFX industry.

To sum up, my on-the-job experience has afforded me a well-rounded skill set, including first-rate time management, creative, and technical.
